garlic cloves, sliced 4 each
rosemary leaves, chopped fresh 1 1/2 Tbsp.
oregano leaves, chopped fresh 1 Tbsp.
sage, chopped fresh 1 Tbsp.
thyme leaves, fresh 1 Tbsp.
lemon zest, fresh 1 tsp.
orange zest, fresh 1 tsp.
kosher salt 1 tsp.
black pepper, ground 1 tsp.
chili flakes 1 tsp.
cumin, ground 1 Tbsp.
olive oil, extra virgin 3 Tbsp.
how you make it:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
2. Refrigerate until needed.
3. Rub onto pork loin, ribs, or Boston butt. Let sit for 4 hours before cooking.
