Yields About 1 QuartWhat You Need:
spinach, fresh 2 oz.
watercress, 2 oz.
basil, 2 Tbs.
tarragon, 1 Tbs.
roasted garlic, puree 1 Tbs.
vegetable oil, 4 fl. Oz.
mayonnaise, 12 fl. Oz.
mustard, 1 Tbs.
kosher salt, 1/2 Tbs.
black pepper, ground 1 tsp.
lemon juice, 1 each
How You Make It:
1. Blend the spinach, watercress, basil, tarragon, garlic and vegetable oil in a food processor.
2. Mix with the seasonings, mustard, mayo, and lemon juice.
3. Refrigerate until needed.
