Breakfast Lassi = Yellow Peach + Goji Berry + Cacao Nib

Yield: 5 servings
what you need:
Whole Milk Yogurt, 2 Cups
Water, 3/4 Cup
Crushed Ice, 1/2 Cup
Whole Milk, 1 Cup
Yellow Peaches, fresh, large dice, 10 each
Cardamom Powder (Elaichi), 1/4 tsp. 

Dried Goji Berries, 1/2 cup
Fresh Lime Juice, 1/2 each
Agave Nectar, 4 Tbs. (add more as needed, to taste)
Cacao Nibs, 3 Tbs. (for finishing)
how you make it:
1. In a sauce pot over medium heat, cook the peaches and the goji berries in 3/4 cup of water until the peaches are tender. Cool over an ice bath.
2. Combine all ingredients (except cacao nibs) in a blender and puree until completely smooth. 
3. Portion into chilled glasses and garnish each drink with cacao nibs.
