Here's a quick photo tour of the newly revamped dining area and the cuisine. Wood from the original barn and earthy colors add rustic elements from the farm to the dining room. The tabletops and walls carry the farm theme through, and flourishes of modernity in the chairs, table settings, and lighting, have created a restaurant that is comfortable and stylish. The restaurant opens while spring is still attempting to push up winter, and this year, winter doesn't seem to want to let go - holding the farmers and their crops at arm's length. Writing a menu during a change of seasons is difficult, but not unachievable. These sorts of challenges are where chefs really get to stretch their imaginations.
